Fall sports update:
Anyone wanting to try-out for soccer in the fall needs to fill out the Google Form that was sent to the students school email by Friday, 6/5. There is a mandatory fall sports informational meeting on Thursday, 6/11 at 6:00 in the HS gym. This meeting is for all students who want to try out for a fall sport along with their parents.
Incoming 5th graders - the Google Form will be shared to your school email this week.
Start date for HS soccer is Monday, August 17.
Start date for MS soccer is Monday, August 24.
Reminder about physicals.......
1. any student entering grade 5 needs to have proof of a physical before trying out
2. anyone that has not tried out for a sport before at Penquis needs to have proof of a physical before trying out
3. everyone else needs to make sure they have a physical that is up to date within the last 2 years
Physicals can be faxed to Penquis Valley at 943-0940, attention Jason Mills. If you need a physical, don't wait; set the appointment up now.

Wednesday, 5/27 HSBB @ Schenck 4:00, bus 1:45, players dismissed at 1:30
Monday, 6/1 HSBB/SB vs. Schenck is now a 4:00 start. Softball will be playing a doubleheader that day with Schenck, 2nd game will follow the first game. Both softball games will now be 5 inning games. That is also our senior day. More information will come about when that will be done.
MSSB vs. Greenville will not be made up.

Parents of 8th grade students! 1 week left to send pictures in for the slideshow!
On the last day of school in June, we will have an 8th grade awards ceremony that will include an 8th grade slideshow. I am looking for pictures of your child individually and of them with their 8th grade classmates. The deadline for pictures is June 1st. You can email pictures to Mrs. Richards, crichards@msad41.us , or have your child bring in printed photos that can be scanned.
Types of photos: 1 baby picture, 3 little kid pictures(can include 8th grade classmates), and up to 6 middle school pictures of your child(can include 8th grade classmates). I do my best to put each student in the slideshow equally. I need your help to do that!
